Lal arrived in Dubai from India as a young man with ambition and dreams and felt Dubai was the place to fulfil those dreams.
Having worked initially on the installation of wooden floors he showed an aptitude and enthusiasm for his chosen field and soon moved on to supervising his own team of installers.
Through his hard work, dedication and easy going nature he has slowly built up a large customer base who trust his judgement, knowledge and workmanship and is the first point of call for many clients for their flooring requirements and any flooring problems they might have.
Ongoing training both on the job and at the invitation of partner suppliers based around the globe has given Lal the chance to build his knowledge and techniques be it from LOBA Industries in Germany who are global suppliers of floor renovation and maintenance machinery and solutions to BONA Floors in Sweden who provide new innovative flooring products to SILVAN Floors from the United Kingdom one of the most sort after manufacturers and suppliers of bespoke wooden floors.
This expertise and knowledge has now evolved into S E B A International Floors L L C and with Lal as the Managing Director and driving force behind this fledgling company we look forward to serving our loyal clients and welcoming our new clients to experience all that S E B A can offer.
Simon having arrived in Dubai some 22 years ago as a younger man had little knowledge of the interiors and flooring market in the region having spent his early career in the United Kingdom working for a prestigious car brand. Tiring of this path an opportunity arose to join a leading office furniture and fit out company in Dubai and the next stop was Dubai Airport – this was 1996.
Wooden floors were an integral part of the fit out company and after spending some years in Abu Dhabi Simon moved to Dubai and joined a growing company primarily supplying, installing and renovating wooden floors.
Clients within the industry include leading architects, designers and contractors and having been involved and worked on some of the regions most prestigious projects he is able to bring these many years experience and knowledge to S E B A.
